Thanks to the unwavering support of their loyal customer base, flooring wholesaler Trade Flooring Warehouse are a real success story in the UK home improvement market. A relatively new company, they have already made waves by providing high-quality flooring solutions at competitive prices.
This blog celebrates this achievement, showing how the company was formed and has since gone from strength to strength; all accomplished through a simple philosophy of building customer trust by always delivering on promises and never letting them down.
Now let’s go back to the start.
Trade Flooring Warehouse was formed from a desire to help people find the flooring they needed but couldn’t get. During the challenging times of the pandemic, the supplier went above and beyond to meet the needs of customers. While many businesses were forced to close their doors, Trade Flooring Warehouse was formed and was one of the few flooring suppliers in the area that stayed open.
Recognising the growing demand for home renovations and the difficulty in finding necessary materials, co-founder Chester Fernandes made the strategic decision to transition from running a trade counter to becoming a wholesaler. During the lockdown period, many people wanted to make home improvements but were unable to get the supplies. Trade Flooring Warehouse stepped in to fill this gap in the market to serve customers seeking quality flooring options.
Thanks to their strong foundations and the company’s dedication to providing excellent service and competitive pricing, Trade Flooring Warehouse has now become the go-to choice for flooring solutions in Berkshire and beyond.
Trade Flooring Warehouse’s purpose is to provide high-quality materials coupled with professional flooring advice. Trade Flooring Warehouse values its customers above all and strives to provide a level of service that is unmatched in the industry. “Why has our customer base stayed with us? Because they know we provide a service they just can’t get anywhere else,” explains Chester.
